Introduction
The Credit Score is an innovative product serving as the main entry point into the company’s financial services. This unique tool not only suggests favorable offers but also provides personalized advice to improve the user’s credit score, adding significant value.
My Role
As the project lead, I worked alongside a UX/UI designer to bring the product to life. From concept to launch, I conducted extensive research, created clickable prototypes, and performed user testing. After several iterations, we successfully brought the product to market.
Design Process
The process began with the idea of providing users with the ability to view their credit score, which evolved into a primary entry point for all company financial products. During the MVP phase, we conducted numerous tests and user interviews. We developed a “Financial Advice” section personalized for each user, further enhancing the product’s value.
