The company’s loyalty system, designed as a lottery, allows users to earn lottery tickets through product usage and participate in draws for cash prizes, adding an engaging element to their interaction with the product.
My Role
As a product designer, I focused on designing a scalable loyalty system for all company products. I collaborated with an analyst who developed the lottery’s mathematical model.
Design Process
The project was complex and unfamiliar to Russian users, requiring extensive user interaction and feedback-driven interface design. We conducted numerous usability tests to simplify the interface, ultimately delivering an intuitive and user-friendly lottery app.
