Introduction
The microloans mobile app was developed as a standalone project to separate from the company’s main app. This approach allowed us to test API integrations, quickly validate hypotheses, and enhance user experience independently.
My Role
I designed this extensive application, prepared it, and handed it off to development. I conducted numerous tests on individual parts and the entire user journey. In this project, I served as the product designer, ensuring an efficient process.
Design Process
The process involved designing a mobile app prototype, conducting user testing, and presenting mockups to the business. I prepared designs for iOS and Android, considering all possible scenarios and statuses. I then handed off the project to development, continued to collaborate with the team, and conducted design reviews to monitor metrics in production.
