Introduction
The Referral Display for Loans is a key financial product in which I played an active role as a product designer. This product, based on an arbitrage model, generates 80% of the total revenue for the division, highlighting its importance and effectiveness.
My Role
As a product designer, I delved into the product metrics, regularly generating and testing hypotheses to improve performance. I conducted usability tests and interviews to gain deeper insights into user needs and enhance their interaction with the product.
Design Process
My work involved creating mockups and prototypes, preparing multiple versions for A/B testing. I meticulously monitored metrics and analyzed results. Working in a fast-paced team required me to quickly generate hypotheses, collaborate closely with developers, and continuously improve product metrics.
